DELIVERY - All orders are shipped from the UK.

PLEASE NOTE - All Collars & Leads are custom made for you, so will take 3-5 days to be crafted, packed and posted. Shipping times stated below will be IN ADDITION TO THIS.

All other orders will be posted next working day, via 2nd class post.

*** UK orders ***

All UK domestic orders are sent second class post via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please allow extra time for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

All other orders - £2.99, or FREE over £40.

All international orders are sent via Tracked Royal Mail post. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, USA included.

 

RETURNS

If your any reason your are unhappy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund, within 30 days of receipt provided it is in an unworn and unused condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the fault is ours - please contact us if you need to discuss anything :)
